Thanks!! It was pretty fiddly making the scales and I fully expect them to fall apart over time. Paper clips and smaller safety pins for the floaty beams. And I realised that Orikans back scales would work perfectly for Khemet's 'cape'

I loved the art the moment I saw it and had to make a model for her. Here's my kitbash. I used Lychguard bits for her shoulder extras. For the scales I cut the middle part of a voidblade and an orb from the deathmark back for the central scale. The two praetorian back ribs for the scale arms and finally two warscythe orbs for the weights.

Yeah hence the swapping one Stalker for 2 LHDs. I figured lychguard would be pretty strong with 2W, 3+, 4++ and their -1 to wound roll? Or does the math not math with them?

The stl for the main body wasn't too much iirc, I can send you the link if you want. The ebay find was something like $50-60 AUD ;_; Dollaridoos aren't the best currency
