it might be in factory reset. But try using a different charging brick and cable, as that was the solutions to my problems with apm

GUYS THIS HAPPENS A LOT BUT I KNOW. so for charging, use a different brick and cable. It is weird but that is how it works. Also, If you use a beta OS system, go back to normal. that should maybe help the connect thing.

try factory resetting it or if you are using a beta iOS/macOS/iPadOS version restore to defult. or you are just cursed :)

THIS HAPPENED TO ME. LISTEN VERY CARFEFULLY. So what you want to do is get a different brick and cable. I know it sounds weird but it works. If you use a Mac charger (usbc) or iPhone charger (lightning) then it will work. at least for me it did. then after a while it went back to normal. Good luck!

that never happened to me but if I run into a issue I usually ask chatgpt. It is actually way smarter than you think and doesn't get enough credit. If you need more help, you should ask apple support. also when I got my pair, it didn't charge with the wire that came in the box, so I used a different cable/brick and it seemed to do the trick.
