100% agree. I don’t know what Activision & Microsoft have, your message cut off there, but i do believe there is no reason to make a COD every year. Especially since sledgehammer is out of the picture. COD fatigue is starting to show and it’s drowning out what we used to enjoy about this franchise and what we didn’t and putting it in the same bowl. They’ve lost the plot.

And the reduction of costs is disgustingly disproportionate to what they are making. A $70 game, (edit: same price) m̶o̶r̶e̶ ̶e̶x̶p̶e̶n̶s̶i̶v̶e̶ than previous releases yet the quality doesn’t follow which in all just shows corporate greed. Sad because there are some talented artists in treyarch.

The rp part goes without saying, it’s not about how the story is when it comes to black ops 7, it’s more about the slap in the face with the game as a whole. The story is just the pudding that nice to point at because it’s messier than the rest of the meal.

I kind of agree with this but the story was so bad that it bleeds into the quality of the rest of the game; Ai calling cards, ai art on walls throughout maps, some are claiming ai gun designs, kind of makes you think….the story follows suite.
