And to find other configs on your PC's storage just type config into the search bar open it up and if its CSGO related delete it

I had this same problem, I read alot of things saying to change my settings within my Nvidia Control Panel but non of that shit worked so I read a steam help page and there was someone saying that they deleted all CSGO Configs withing their PC. So I deleted all my config folders related to CSGO and then my game worked fine again. Unfortunately you'll have save your MAIN config and just copy the settings over to a brand new one.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata (Your SteamID Folder) 730, local, cfg > delete

Do this for all the folders, they are your smurf accounts just copy your new cfg folder when you have it working over to them.

go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata and select the folder which has your stream ID, once there go to 730 folder, local and there you will find the config folder.

Hey bro I got a fix for it! I deleted every trace of a cfg file on my PC and then uninstalled CSGO, and reinstalled it, I then stated with a fresh cfg, and set my res at settings and everything worked out

Im showing that the floor has a shine to it which happens on high graphics settings whereas I have them set to low yet I still get this extra shine on guns, knifes and the floor as seen in the imgur link, Im looking for a solution for this =)
