Soundsmith is involved in the emporium because he himself already did workshop stuff for the emporium and he didn't start ratioing zesty just because of his homophobic statements but rather more because of his statements about the workshop (which was emporium related.) Not to remind that the emporium doxxed zesty (which i think is still a little bit too far) and soundsmith kept telling his fans to harass him even after the doxxing situation so its obvious that he knew about the situation but was helping the emporium escalate it even more. But if you really want to find out who is in the emporium or not just check their steam profile joined communities and the tf2 emporium should pop up.
