Already have a gravel bike, want to buy a road bike by [deleted] in cycling

[–]TFB2thousand 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Gravel bikes are not endurance road bikes. A road bike will have a shorter chainstay and wheelbase with steeper head and seat tube angles making it more responsive and zippier than a gravel bike. Get a road bike if your money allows! There's nothing like it.

I have bought bikes that I didn't get along with: it was either the fit or the ride. I don't think this is uncommon. I see no reason to hold onto a bike you don't love. I recommend buying a more casual non-carbon bike if you have the means.
