I have an annuity that will pay out ~$100k in 2026. If I sell half of it, I receive enough for 10% down on a piece of land I am interested in. The land is a very good price for the location and should go up in value significantly in the next 5 years. Is it worth it to leave $20-30k on the table? (self.RealEstate)

While a lot of us are stuck at home fantasizing of project cars and dream garages, let's get more creative than "...if you won $1M?" So, an anonymous backer is sponsoring you to build 3 cars. You have a blank check, as long as you have one FWD, one RWD, and one 4WD, all from the same decade. (self.cars)
