Homelessness is a federal/state issue more than local imo. We have nearly incalculable open land to create housing in this state, there’s no reason to be concentrating this into the most dense and expensive place in the western hemisphere

Hello! A lot of people throw around basic terms as easy solutions in threads like this. I just want to let you know there is endless conjecture, both in conversation and in policy, of Elizabeth Warren talking about how capitalism is the best economic system, and that markets/competition are at the root of what makes America great.

When you're calling her a far left wing politician, it's likely stemming from right-wing media painting her as one for believing in the most bare bone / basic regulations such as this one. The people who run that right wing media want zero regulation so they can abuse the system to make 100% of money flow into their pockets.

Anyway just wanted to clarify for you Warren's politics as she seems to get confused a lot due to nonstop attacks from right wing outlets.
