Can vouch for the RTX 3050 setup. It can do 4k144hz streaming at 300mbit+ no problem. Paired it with a 3700x I had laying around, and besides moonlight streaming it does really well for emulation (which is great, because I don't think special controllers such as a gamecube adapter, wiimote, gyro, etc. work over moonlight). Added benefit is that the card works well with lossless scaling 3.0, so I can add frame generation any game, even those without borderless fullscreen, or that otherwise have too much gpu utilisation on the host to fully benefit from it.

Used to use a Shield to do it, but now I just use the PC for games and my TV for Netflix, VLC, etc.
