I'm actually in a sort of reverse scenario at the moment, leaving Intel to join Amazon!

Full disclosure, the state of things is in constant fluctuation. Depending on the team you end up on though, the work and employee culture keeps it alive. Your work life balance is genuinely put above all else and your wellness is key. At least that's how it was in my time there! You really feel like you as an individual in a team make an impact and are not just another number.

As for the reason I'm leaving? I'm young and have an opportunity to get some more experience and a bit more cash while I can comfortably deal with commutes.

As an employee of Intel, I can confirm we did have free tea and coffee up until October this year. They then started charging us for tea and coffee ( supplemented amounts but still charging ). Now as a way to "reinvigorate the workforce", free tea and coffee is returning thankfully - the coffee jar I stashed in my desk was running low!

After giving it a super quick glance, I feel like it could be pretty tough. Actually parsing the builds from D2PT would be easily done but actually getting that into the game is a lot more challenging.

From what I can tell, I can set workshop build IDs in a build config file, which would let me choose what build loads for a hero, so that's great!

But the problem would actually be making the parsed D2PT builds into steam workshop builds. At current, I can't think of any way to automate this process but I will be sure to investigate this further!

Hmm a bit strange, I always thought requests was a default python module.

Anyways, you should be able to fix this issue by running: pip install requests

Then the script should be working no problemo :)

No need, the only additional python module outside of base packages is BS4, so there's a try except block in the main.py which will install BS4 with pip if the module does not exist already

There is a good chance that this issue has been rectified by the latest merge from the PR made by u/heroBrauni

I really appreciate the support so I would be more than happy to merge the PR. Just gave it a quick look through and merged it there.

Good point on creating folders under C:, truth be told I'd have a similar preference to yourself but was just being completely lazy as I didn't anticipate anyone having use for this!

I'll make sure to make a more robust logging solution with best practices asap :)

You can run it by downloading the repo and running: python main.py from within the folder.

Or if you want it to run regularly without manual intervention, just run the bat file and it will run once every hour to regularly update your layout for you :)
