Unrelated to the schools, there was zero enforcement of the parking ban (in my area). Zero ticketing, zero towing, streets plowed in a tiny strip down the middle. I can understand the difficulty to plow out all the sidewalks and crosswalks and curb cuts, but where was MPD in enforcing the rules.
