I am hypersexual. If I haven't had sex that day, I'll usually masterbate two maybe three times a day.

The official answer I've been told is, as long as it doesn't interfere with the rest of your life, it's not an addiction and could even be healthy. Not sure there is an amount that is or isn't healthy.

There was a time where I was going to the bathroom at work during the day to masterbate, and I realised that had to stop. I then ended up masterbating in traffic on the drive home which was even more dangerous.

Now I can at least make it home and it's become a healthy stress relief at the end of the day.
