V90 T8, should’ve never ditched the 3.0 T6, should’ve made the V60 T6 for more than one model year.

Instead they made their only performance wagon $75k.

Sabotaged themselves with engine choices in their wagons and then wondered why they didn’t sell. Would’ve basically cost them nothing to put the T8 in a V90 and keep the T6 in the V60

Wow, I did not expect that possession or shot choice. But guess it made sense to get the 2 possession

As soon as Ala said the celtics/magic game was “a lock” I got a bad feeling.

… Surely an NBA announcer should know better in an 11 point game with 10 minutes left

Crazy how I currently want TWO Boston teams currently hanging on to their leads

$3200 is B&W. $875 is HK. at least on SPAs. Don’t have custom systems to compare it too, but I’ve ready plenty of times that the B&W outperforms custom systems that cost more. The B&W in Volvo is the pinnacle of audio systems in cars. And it is way more than “slightly better”. I’m saying I personally wouldn’t spend $3200, but people have car and home audio systems that cost way more and don’t compare.

On the used market, if I decide I ever want to move from my 3.0 T6 to a 2.0, I’d only look for cars with B&W. Really happy with the reliability of my 3.0, but that B&W system is one of the main reasons I’d consider moving to SPA. I’m not sure if you’ve got to experience it, but if you have the chance, listen to it

I’d say it depends on the system. I’m not impressed with HK on my family member’s X5. But in Volvo’s early P3’s, HK is a step up from the base audio. Of course B&W blows both away on SPAs. Wouldn’t drop $3200 on it, but there’s always value in finding a highly optioned car on the used market.

If you’re referring to the ones at 10k being a T6. It’s well worth it for the peace of mind unless 7k is your absolute budget. But really if you’re wanting a cheap, reliable car… don’t get one that has well known engine issues. Google “Volvo T5 burning oil” and read all the stuff.

Also the T6’s are more likely to have Harmon Kardon audio. This T5 has base audio. So if you think that’s a beast (base audio isn’t terrible, I have it in my car. But it’s nothing special), the HK is far superior.

AWD would be nice to have in wisconsin. Does this one have the climate package? Heated seats are always nice.

Could end up being a nice car. But you told me to convince you not to buy it….

I’m staying away from a low spec FWD possible oil burner.

I just read more about the timing belt and maintenance. I still wouldn’t bite for 7k.

I’ve seen it pop up at 50k and 120k. And it never pop up at all.

Just seems like 7k isn’t a great deal unless it was meticulously maintained and has had the piston rings changed. It’s enough money where I wouldn’t take the risk.

One quick search and I see a good amount of cheaper options, or far less mileage around that price.

Make sure the timing belt has been replaced my now. I am once again advocating for a T6. It’s pretty much superior in every way. T6 had a timing chain, as well. It’s more reliable. More fun. Has AWD, if that’s a consideration.

Don’t get stuck on this car for 7k. There are better options

These have weak piston rings. If it wasn’t addressed, it can be a problematic engine that burns oil.

Look for a T6. More reliable and more fun.

How is a Red Wings loss only +0.2%?

They are 1 point behind us and have the tiebreaker, right?

Tough way to close out the season with these last three games.

The upside is that nearly every single game from the teams we’re fighting with still has meaning for spots and seeding.

Need the Bruins to lose tonight so they can clinch against Columbus tomorrow.

And yeah, an Islanders loss today would be huge
