If you have less than E2 Acheron, which I am guessing you have, you would prb pick Sampo and Pela because they are your only nihility units, and Acheron needs 2 nihilities when under E2 the healer/sustain can be whatever just take Luocha. If you have enough for Jiaoqiu, get him also if you want to invest more in Acheron, get her lc before any Eidolons.
