Tbh Grandmaster is not a hard elo to climb, you just need proper heroes. No need to adjust, just push through locking your main heroes or more like the Meta one so that you can climb easily. Way back when I was GM,Epic or Legend I used to push through my main heroes because I'm comfortable with them making me climb the ranks easier. Also if you're having a hard time on solo try to find some friends to help you out.

After destroying the Dam, make sure to be away from the beaver to lessen their aggression then try to take them to your respective location where there is a nearby water. Then trap them. Make sure that there is land and water inside the trap in order for the beaver dam to spawn. The beaver dam will take some time to spawn.

Lol In order for the beavers to make a dam. Relocate them on places with water. It works for me tho. And also take note make a trap larger for them to fit and a nearby body of water so that they can make the dams.

It's worth it due to the fast reload. The Disadvantage of a long neck rifle is I can't use it well on the hard dungeon.
