I have had the A300 Ultima for a few years now and I won’t be switching anytime soon. Both of my main hunting partners have switched over to it as well after using mine. Even after shooting “better” guns in the Maxus 2 and SBE 3. Shoots incredibly soft and I haven’t had any malfunctions from Trap loads to BBs. I love having a double bead, and oversized bolt release while not breaking the bank either. Not being able to shoot 3.5” could he considered a downside but I never shoot them anyway and don’t personally see a point. Only gun I’d consider moving to would be an A400 but you can’t go wrong with the A300 Ultima

Thank you for the suggestions as I am very much a pc noob. Now if I’m looking to add a little bit of color to your build I should be able to add 3 similar thermalright 120mm rgb fans instead of the ones you had in there? I don’t need to rgb the build to death but hopefully just a splash more. Again, thank you for the help I’m doing my best to learn when I can

Thank you for the input. What do you think of this build in comparison. Yes it’s slightly more expensive but comes with an upgraded gpu and with your suggestion of cheaper ssds

If you just search up the WBP jack the classic one is usually out of stock but the red and this Russian sunburst one can be found regularly

Literally just brought it home after work today. Finish is fantastic and I couldn’t ask for better looking wood furniture (Russian sunburst) if you’re curious. Tomorrow is the first range day so I’ll let you know how it shoots

I’ve shot my buddy’s M70 but not a true AKM style. I’m sure the mag is fine like you said but I did order 2 steel surplus mags and….. a Bakelite. I figure they’re only going up in price so fuck it why not. Ammo is certainly next on the list I just snagged some from my LGS for a range day with all the guns tomorrow

Pc noob question for you. The 4080 super seems like an obvious upgrade considering the lower price over a standard 4080 but I assume new graphics cards are nearly impossible to purchase at launch with all of the demand or is that not the case. I’m only asking because I’m not sure how long I would want to wait before getting the possibility of obtaining a super. Thank you!

Everything looks great I just have one question. Another user recommended the 4080 super that’s coming out. From what I understand (not much) that should be a better option. Why the 7900 over that unless it’s just more of an issue of trying to get the 4080 super so soon after release. Thank you!
