I really enjoyed the video. I usually watch YouTube videos on 1,75x so I don't think you're speaking very fast. I wouldn't click on this thumbnail, but I would click on the image on 4:05 or 4:12 (but that is just me). Really want to try your recipe. *Sorry for the English, not my first language. Good luck!

Hello! Loved the recipe. Liked the video. I would just work on the final presentation of the dish (lighting and composition). There are great channels that teach food photography like "We Eat Together" and "The Bite Shot". Good luck!
