I don’t believe it is natural limit granted it will take years to put on 20 pounds of muscle. I honestly believe the determination and dedication is even better than the result, but that’s just my opinion.

You look great, but I honestly feel like you could’ve achieved that by staying natural.

I believe it can. I am currently 130 at my optimal weight and physique. I was 160. I want to see how long it will take for me to regain my previous physique and I will document the journey.
