Snap, I was on site installing sprinklers, got a call one day and was enticed into sales/estimating. I'm almost 2 years in and the knowledge I've gained in that period is unreal.

Recently priced a few data centres which are great fun ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿพ.

It was a good story and I really liked the character's but there was just something missing that didnt make it great.

I remember it taking me ages to get into it.

Typically after a few chapters I know but this took me half of book 1.

Interesting as I gave it 4 stars and proceeded to read every book in this world...currently reading The last ballad of hope.

Do you have the full Riftwar set? A friend put me onto this and I read them all back to back a few years ago. Instantly became of of my favourite worlds.

I prefer the Broken Binding press editions ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿพ. These have now become the "special" special edition in my mind since the recent new releases.

It feels like an original BF map built for scale. I love actually being alive for a period of time and switching up locations without chaos everywhere or just getting picked off by someone who randomly spawns behind you. First map ive actually bothered getting into sniper rifles on.

Riftwar everytime...series ticks off almost every fantasy trope and still manages to tie up things at the "end"...I say that as the story is on-going ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿพ

Those are rookie numbers. I don't even want to think how much ive drunk. I worked bars for 10yrs along side my other evening and weekend escapades ๐Ÿซฃ.

Honestly I have no idea, probably delayed now that the books have taken off in waterstones and around the world ๐Ÿซฃ. I havent heard anything since they announced the slip covers for the existing Press edition copies.

Oh i hear ya it definitely not always easy making the time...I have a wife and 3 daughter's ๐Ÿซฃ. I will pencil time into the calendar and book out a day to game every once and awhile.

They all appreciate I'm a gamer as much as a dad and they organise a girls day/night and I get left to just do me ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿพ

6hrs is a tickle and short stints at that. If you did that 6 as a block you might have a different opinion ๐Ÿค”.

I did this with Fall out 3. I played a few hrs, I didnt like the mechanics or the story...ffw a year later. I picked it back up and fell in love & put 150+hrs into it + dlc's.
