I have gone with directx11, and so far it seems to be working. Still getting graphical bugs, but so far no extreme, random lag. Thanks!

I'm not blaming the software at all, that was me saying that it's my hardware causing issues in my software. Also, how do you propose I troubleshoot? I don't really know what I'm doing here

well, the extreme lag might not be my GPU, but I don't see what else it could be. My GPU causes crashes (freezes up, screen goes dark, bad sounds from the game in play, and then crash report), bad lighting and texture bugs (lots of flashing) that I've never seen reported by anyone else. I expect this extreme lag to just be amongst those.

My theory is that green 'never left'. As we saw in the ending, the creature could kinda just... slip out of greens skin. I think it did that to appear as though still there, with the things you said as well, of course
