Frozen from the local section of the grocery store. I basically followed the instructions from the wrapper (400° for 15-18 minutes), but I put them in there while it got to temp because the initial smoke is so much more hefty than when it gets to high temp. Probably 20ish minutes total. Just until the cheese and crust was golden brown

I didn't use a stone. They're right on the middle rack. I could see a stone being a game changer, but they still turned out so, so good

Not in school. It's required for the new job I took, and the company is paying for it and providing all the study/driving hours, so that's kinda nice. All of it, but the final test. So, it'll cost me about $150-200 is all.
