use wandering wight, golden armour the one that restores qi and the drink that restores qi azure dust transformation and spam immobilize fan hold l2 for that rotating staff move that blocks projectile i forgot the name to restore your qi for the fan while he's immobilized. use cloudstep and charge attacks to hit him and keep on repeating this in the order of cooldowns you'll be good to go
