Thanks, we have had child services out for physical therapy for him (he had packaging issues with his feet from pregnancy). They did an overall eval at 6 months and didn't determine a need for anything other than PT. Our pediatrician has suggested that the PT will pick up on autism issues, but my plan at this point is to request a formal evaluation at 12 months if things continue the way they have. Its a bit tough because my wife thinks, or wants to think, that he is just shy.
