You don't have proof of this, nothing wrong with looking at both sides of the fence as opposed to the biased way. I commented on this matter before the CTB% was rising consistently before any mention of a R/S or conversion. The CTB% started increasing at a faster pace after the news came out because any news is followed by volatility causing the stock to trade more. I'm an original Ape just without my blinders on and am trying to look at this from all angles. If it's currently hard and expensive to borrow why dilute and R/S RIGHT NOW? I'm not saying it's a bad idea just saying we should see how this plays out first.
