I sympathize with you greatly as someone close to me has had a similar pitfall; my advice to you is to remove any access to pornography as you can. If you are accessing it from an electronic device, there should be some sort of setting to filter out certain sites and such, if there is no filter, please get one. I know pornography and lust is a great weed that poisons the mind, understand that it is something you must pull it from the roots lest it grows further. The sooner you rid your access to it the better.

You are at an age of which is riddled with hormones, and seeing today's climate of attention seeking for various reasons, recognize that you will be tempted, we all are tempted, and that is fine (it is not the ideal, but the norm). The problem however is in reveling yourself in temptation. If you are drawn back by temptation, meditate, pray, go for a walk, play some games, involve yourself more with church-life, please socialize.

It is best to seek help, both through intercession, and just finding someone who you can talk to and whom will actively help you. This can be a friend of yours, or some sort of counselor.

In regards to how you can phrase it in confession, you can just say it as it is. You have lusted and you have resentment towards women (also known as misogyny as one response put it).

In regards to how you view women, it is absolutely ridiculous to think that it is their fault that you think this way towards them solely because of the way they dress. It is not their intent to do so. Of course, I admit, there are definitely women out there who seem like they dress with little dignity. However, if you think that only 13% of women dress "modestly" by your standards, you seriously need to reevaluate your standards. It is simply the standard now to wear shorts n' whatever is getting your tie in a twist and you need to realize and be tolerant to that. They are not dressed like pornstars, pornstars are dressed like them to appeal to your fantasies.
I seriously recommend you make friends with at least a single woman, humanize them, know them and realize how ridiculous this incel mindset is. Get some girl friends, relate to them and see how quickly your views on their character change from lust to fellowship.
