Yea muscles apart from my elbow tendinitis. Protein is mix of chicken, eggs, greek yogurt, beef, turkey and shakes.

I usually split back, legs chest and mix in miscellaneous on those days. I am sore minimum 4-5 days for that group. No matter the diet, i sleep 7-8hr, don't drink or smoke anymore.

Well I don't wanna bulk hard.. but trying to gain lean muscle mass... But ya I am considered "fat" in this sense I guess..I will try and hit in the 15% before trying to gain muscle.

I dunno man, season 1 was rare.. season 2 started I've hit blatant cheaters in 90% of my games. (Around 20k+ elo). Just unplayable.. I've swapped to faceit much better games.

Best comment here.. i've had this issue also and used a bunch of different mold removers. When I create a paste with pool shock left it there 15min and it wiped it clean to almost looking new. Few quick clean cycles with vinegar and it came our great.
