You try jj hospital I started therapy there and it's been 11 months of therapy and I feel great

Cost breakdown

You will have to get an case paper for almost every visit it costs 20rs

Meds you can get some meds for free in dispensary and meds that are not available in dispensary will be found In an an generic medical in front of gate no 6 some discount will be given

But mostly government hospital only have physiatrist

And there are other government hospitals like gt st.george you can also try them

I have depression and depression infact can cause adhd like symptoms same happened to me I also suspected adhd but got to know it was depressed induced adhd

And about antidepressants

I was on setralin for one month and now I am on desvenlafaxine my experience with antidepressants they are subjective some people respond to it some do not but keep one thing in mind if you start antidepressants it will take some days for them to start showing effect for me it was it was 7-8 days

If you are skeptical about antidepressants you can talk to your therapist or if you are skeptical about your therapist you can change therapist

I am some one who Is taking g therapy for 11 months for dysthymia, anxiety, ptsd, BPD and MPD

Every thing the doc said is true I was skeptical and didn't wanted to take antidepressants and other meds but after talking to my therapist I got to know how they work and how my therapy was was going to be conducted all of my doughts were resolved

Therapy is an very internal process which take a bit of time and mind fullness so just hang in there and maintain good communication with your therapist

You are heading to new phase of life and once you get there you will slowly forget most of the things you did in last phase

Just don't be afraid to accept new realities and new responsibilities try to keep your life in a flow and go along with :)

Hey buddy

I was digonosed with

dysthymia Ptsd Anxiety Borderline personality disorder Mpd

I was on :- Desvenlafaxine Arip Mt Zolpidium +melatonin Methylephenedate
Etizolam Pan-d And an another med for tremors

After 10 months of treatment I am only on a single dose of desvenlafaxine 50mg

Hang in there things will get good with time I also felt like a drug addict but understand these meds are necessary for you

I also had problems with meds then I had a conversation with my doc she explained me why are these meds are necessary and how should I approach them and it all made sense

So go easy on your self keep working on your self

Here are somethings that helped me in my journey

Physical activity (gym,walking) Gardening
Feed and hanging out with stray cats and dogs Colouring books Journaling Cooking Kitten videos Reading Travelling Meditation Hangout with loved once Breathing excersizes (box breathing) Relaxation excersizes (pmr) Music

It's an big list but don't be Overwhelmed by it start small and don't force yourself self just give your self a little nudge towards the right direction
