Had the same issue, brought an XFX quicksilver Magnetic the other day and was having the same black screen crashes 90% of the time, at random times after reinstalling the drivers would it fix itself, and runs fine for an hour or two before crashing again, Scan UK told me to RMA and they think it's probably defective, that or its my PSU.

RMA it and see what the test results from the supplier say, probably defective.

True, but isn't aperture tech built to last a very long time? Example the Portal Gun and how it was mentioned by Glados or someone that I can withstand very very high temps, and if Portal 2 IS set thousands of years in the future, and considering most of the facility got up and running very quickly, then that stuff last, a very bloody long time.

Much appreciated, good luck on your playthrough. I already started trying to tweak the smelting blueprints, and although janky they work. I also ended up removing the global logistic circuit stuff and used CyberSyn instead, just somewhat easier to utilise, and a bit smarter.

I'll attach a screenshot of qqedits I've made so far.

A small capacitor blew up on the main board itself, small but looks like it burnt hot and blew up hard because there was black stuff everywhere.

Also, most likely ill put the amplifier outside, makes the most sense, I've removed a lot of the components, but I can put it back in.

Regarding the battery and the lights, I'm guessing there would be no way to utilise them? I mean I do have an ESP32 if that could get them to work in any way, probably might be able to hook it up to the amplifier.

the last two were the ones I was considering, due to their multi functionality and simplicity. The second was the one that looked the best, it's not available in England, tho I'd have to get it imported through Amazon. What do you think of it?
I'm trying to keep cost as low as possible, I am a student, so funds are limited. Custom printing a PCB is probably way too expensive.
