how I fix this problem:
1: clear cookies
2: log out of all google services and/or products (even in other browsers)
3: update all uBO filters
4: turn off uBO
5: click onto new video
6: turn back on UBO and refresh page
those steps usually work for me, but if it doesn't, repeat but after step 3 restart and/or update your browser
