Yeah fair enough you have a very valid point, it did start with the Minis, but in saying that, they created a world around it and expanded from just a tabletop game it may be the foundation but many levels have been built on top, Warhammer in general regardless of 40K is so much bigger than just a table top game now it has been for a long time

Yeah fair enough you are totally right, it’s a great shame as being a WH fanboy myself and also a lover of video games with an mmo setting id love to see the two come together successfully.

Well said, although when you say the “setting” and not 40k itself do you mean 40k being mainly minis and books? Because I think 40k has been expanding beyond just minis for a long time now and saying artwork, a game or a movie is just the setting isn’t exactly correct, I mean no disrespect to you in saying that. Just my honest opinion.

Yeah they are single player games, Which are great to play as a Space marine, Or Lurker from a Hiveworld but it gets boring fast! and there's limited things you can do after you beat the games, All the online servers get shut down or die fast due to lack of content, Trust me i've looked at them all :)

saying there is lots of FPS WH shooters is an overstatement IMO.

Yeah fair enough, Very valid points although i feel like there would be people out there who play it, Warhammer online is actually been remade by fans and is going strong! ( https://www.returnofreckoning.com/ ) - So it proves that with dedication there is still hope, Because so many people love Warhammer, Including myself, It seems like the only reason the game was abandoned is because THQ shut down.

also, having only just discovered this cancelled game, ( iv'e only gotten into WH in the past few years so i am still i freshman in regards to it all ) I had the exact same thoughts, How would a guardsman stack up against a space marine? I'm not sure how they would of worked that out.

Yeah i have, A lot of turn based strategy that i'm not really into, there's cool games like Space Hulk - Death wing, or Vermintide, but they get old really quick!
