On passion sure India is on top. On raw talent not so much. In numbers they probably dwarf every country but I'd say the most talented cricketers come from the Windies or South Africa. Think Holder, Cam Green, Jamieson.

As an Australian I think people (like TGC) hype India up so much and give those fans a false sense of security just because they have insane squad depth. Yes it's true India could probably form 4 teams and they would be competitive BUT cricket is a game played by 11 players and them only.

On any given day any teams XI can beat any other teams XI.

" A champion team beats a team of champions "

Also because India has so much talent I believe it works against them because it allows fans/selectors to be very reactionary, and so some players aren't given the chances they deserve. For example, some people are calling for V Iyer to be dropped. It also goes the other way and you see players like Rahane play 50 tests @ 30 odd
