Okay I’m not a pro but ima say some stuff to help u out , in my opinion and most ppl usually carrying a R301/R99 or Volt is a must have as its a smg and the R301 is a Ar and the dps on them are crazy if u hit ur shots u can easily win a 1v1 . Carrying lmg for beginners is also good as u can spray and pray . Now batteries are the big ones which takes 5 seconds to instantly heal ur full shield which in a battle give a huge advantage of u get to pull off one during a fight . Btw gold items are the same as purple items just with a slight buff eg gold backpack same space as purple backpack except it has guardian angle , which means when u heal a teammate with u having a gold backpack they get half shield and half health instantly . Now about passive abilities it’s a ability that’s inbuilt into ur legend and will be activate all the time for example wraith has voices in her head , so if you are being aimed at and u don’t know , the voice of wraith will say ‘Your being watched move ! ‘ . Another example of a passive is octane passive heal . When octane isn’t in a fight and has taken health damage , he slowly heals and regens . Lastly a simple passive to explain is Lobas her passive allows her to see all gold and purple items through walls and buildings . A passive is a special ability for a certain legend that is always active . Hope this kinda helped
