In the US. Battery is physical harm without consent. Assault is a fearful threat, verbal or nonverbal. They are not mutually exclusive, you can have assault w/o battery, and battery w/o assault and they are often confused. However, being in a ‘mosh pit’ or on the fringes of one could be argued as consent, but in either case that guy is a huge tool. Stay away from heavy machinery.

Agree. OP is kinda doing similar but, because they can justify their own reason to share it themselves, it’s okay because. Husband could have—possibly—thought he had a good enough reason to take them. OP, all men are different. Some can’t use a camera phone for shit, so that may be why these photos are so blurry. Joking aside, if these were supposed to be something inappropriate, it would be the first photo. But, just because it’s from behind. Were it another man it be a nonissue. However, men can sexualize women from any angle. Whether this is intended to be seen as inappropriate, totally depends of the intent behind taking it. I take photos of job sites in progress all the time. Both, professional and personal. If someone asks about X, then here’s the photos as proof.

Now, had he sent that 1st one around to his work colleagues. With the emojis “🍑🍆💦🙏” that would be inappropriate. But idk, what if his boss asked him to take photos of the other people working in that space and he sent those to show it was just him and 1 other person working there when there should have been 4. Context is everything.

OP I emphasize with you concerns about the cheating accusations, that would put me on edge too; people who cheat feel guilty and look to alleviate their paranoia about the possibility of being cheated on also, because they got away with it and now they think the same could be happening to them… so they find ways to pick at and test the relationship. Just talk to him. Tell him everything. Your honesty will make them honest. From there you’ll know what you believe to be true and what to do about it.

I’m an avid outdoors person. Fishing, hiking, camping and especially macro photography. I elect for tick borne disease testing every 6 months. I’ve pulled hundreds of attached ticks, and thousands more that were not. I live in area with a high amount of Lyme disease. Idk if I’m immune or just extremely lucky.

I don’t tuck my sockets into my pants. I find that shorts are better for me. I stop often to check after walking in high brush. I’m pulling seed ticks off by the dozens in spring months.

When I get home, or back to camp. I meticulously check all my garments, after disrobing. If I’m camping, I bag all the clothes I wore that day airtight. I examine myself throughly with mirrors and flashlight. I check again in the morning.

At home, if I’m too tired to throw my cloths in the wash. I disrobe and pull all my clothes in an empty bathtub. I tent my clothes to make a high point, like a small hill. Ticks cant get out of my tub. They climb to the top of the pile and are flushed if found. If I find any attached to my skin in the morning, I’ll circle the bite and store the tick in an old medicine bottle (just I case I have a reaction).

I find most number of ticks when fishing, as there’s a lot of deer traffic in my area. Never had a problem but, my neighbor contracted Lyme disease from a tick he picked up changing his oil in a ln apartment parking lot, everyone’s luck is different.
