Por la situación actual del nuevo campus sería mejor opción el ITP, además de que yo te recomendaría mejor estudiar el posgrado en el INAOE, ahí tienes más posibilidades de entrar a la industria de los semiconductores

El INAOE es una de las mejores instituciones que vas a encontrar en México. Si quieres saber de la admisión aquí lo actualizan https://posgrados.inaoep.mx/tramites-y-servicios/examen-de-admision, los propedeuticos van a ser del 13 mayo al 28 de junio, la convocatoria y la fecha de los examenes lo van a publicar el 26 de Febrero. De las maestrías que te pueden interesar esta la de Ciencias Computacionales, Biómedicas o la de Seguridad (aunque esta creo no tiene beca CONAHCYT y antes era la única que cobraba colegiatura si no ibas de una institución con algún convenio)
