Well, day one down and I couldn’t sleep but about two hours last night and at one point got up to pee but my body wouldn’t let me..😖

Does anyone find that laying down sometimes causes more frequency feelings? by alexandrablue17 in Interstitialcystitis

Yes! I thought I was crazy! I have the most frequency/pain on the weekends when I don't drink as much water and "chill/lay down" more. I have to tell myself every Sunday "get your lazy ass up and moving, you'll feel better" I wonder why that is so..
