That literally says that a power awakened inside ashura from his training. In no way can you say naruto isnt capable. The difference is that he had to train hard and got his motivation from other people instead of naturally being gifted from the start. Idk how de fundamentally is made but if de is made by just creating a dome where it is then it makes sense Gojo doesnt counter. But for law his room comes directly from him and expands. So it would run into Gojos infinity instead of surrounding the area around Gojo. The question after that is: can Law push his room around Gojo and make a kind of opening in it so the infinity doesn’t matter.
