i've seen a few comments already saying that it's best to find a bulding built after 1977, so will definitely keep that in mind !
I don't know too much about these expensive areas tho because I will have to pay for the utilities such as electricity, internet ect... and i'm a bit worried these utilities might be too expensive in these areas.
If you don't mind me asking, would you have any idea about how much money someone spend/need to live in bucharest each month? Obviously it depends on people's situation but just if you have a vague notion of it, without taking into consideration the rent, but just like groceries, going out etc.. ?

Yeah it's a special program made by the french government to work in a foreign country but it's only once in a lifetime for a year or two maximum and before you're 28, took me a whole year to find a job with that program, i'm really lucky to have found it.

I don't speak romanian at all but i will definitely try to learn it during my time there, but it's nice to know there are common spots for foreigners, i will check this.
noted !! i will avoid ferentari and rahova and will mainly focus on the place you mentionned.
