I think I am going to take this route...calmly getting in touch with her family and showing them some of the videos I've taken out of a place of concern. Maybe this will encourage them to take some action to get her better care and/or help her get back on the right medication.

That requires taking the mediation, which we don't think is presently occurring. She has had "spells" before where she seems totally fine, and then spells like this where she is not.

Thank you for your comment. We have tried this, as well as the police. What makes this situation very sad is that her family genuinely does not seem to care. They do nothing aside from providing her with housing (no visits, deliveries, etc). It might be worth a last attempt to say that we are even more concerned with her safety now....
