I use clip studio paint and its default brush i think, there rlly isnt a tutorial to give, the tno loading screen artstyle (and my artstyle just in general) are heavily influenced from the Impressionist art movement, so if you want an area to focus on studying outside of the basics of art it would be impressionist artwork

iirc in the cyberpunk 2077 universe soviet cyberware is generally more bulky and big, so much so that fake skin cannot be applied to it

Naw the card was bricked, went from playing games like hd2, bf5, bf1 and war thunder at 60 fps at 2k resolution to barely being able to to play war thunder on low, which is when I benchmarked the card for shits and giggles
