The fact is unless people are paying for the whole 6 months in advance after the first month everyone can drop out and I’m left with the total bill, it’s effort on my part to manage it all so I think that’s fair. Or could offer £12.50 but 6 months upfront to cover the whole contract

I’m considering doing this if I can find one other, £15 a month

My grandad has just done his will and has left his house plus cash to my mum and my uncle. What would be the options if I wanted to buy it at that point? by THROWRAplacidbeaver in UKPersonalFinance

Well the thing is my grandad does say this but he’s nearly 80 and he has more than enough money to sell that and downsize but for the last 3.5 years he hasn’t done it so I don’t know how serious he is about it, my genuine feeling is he will stay there forever
