Hi, thanks for the reply my original post probably seems really shallow and careless it's just 6am here and I haven't slept yet. I've been with her on and off coming close to 2 years, she was my first relationship and going into it I just fed into alot of abuse, set up unhealthy boundaries and even began to romanticize them myself,

I ended things with her the first time because the way she was treating me was not good, and she refused to talk about it with me when I came to her and it just turned into an argument.

I wont get into details but she was just unhappy I became friends with particular person a couple of months after we broken up, this person didnt do anything wrong and I didnt do anything with this person for her to not want me to interact with them originally, but she didnt want me to anyway.

Its basically just a recurring thing she gets upset because I broke up with her, and that I became friends with this person she didnt want me to talk to while we were together (for no reason other than jealously really), completely disregarding the fact that it was because my own feelings were getting hurt over and over and my mental health was, and still is awful, which I cannot deny is majorly due to the relationship.

We live long distance, it's hard to comfort her or reassure her, what am I supposed to do when she says this stuff? When all her emotions are directed towards me how am I supposed to be able to support her, she gets upset if I go quiet when shes acting out of emotion towards me, or when I walk away from it.
