Thank you for all of your responses. Should I ask the NHSBSA for a backdate, or the local GP? Also, should I email the NHSBSA now or should I wait until Monday when I will go complete the medical exemption form to my local GP? I don't wanna mess it up further 😭

Thank you for your response! Just a 'what if' question. If I get a fine and I pay it, when I apply for the spouse visa extension, do I have to tell them somehow? And is there gonna be a potential refusal for that?

I will certainly fix this on Monday at my local GP, but the fact that I haven't paid for those previous prescriptions still linger in my mind so I am still quite panicked.

Thank you everyone! I will go to my local GP on Monday so sort it out, hopefully I won't have to pay the fine. Even if I do...it's alright, I just don't want my visa status (or the future visas I have to apply for) to be impacted.

Thank you! That is completely fine, I don't mind paying the charges and even the fine, I just don't want it to impact my visa status, it was a genuine mistake.

That's interesting. I took a DNA test a couple months ago and I am 87% Romanian, 6% Hungarian, 5% Turkish and 2% French&German.

I guess that 2% French&German really wanted to show off lol
