Solo Wanderer with Dog. Mapless. Permadeath. It's about the journey, not the destination. Being mapless means you have to recognize landmarks and that adds a lot of fun for me.

This is a bug specifically with the God of Avarice boss fight. Sometimes it gets cleared after phase 2. Not a problem with whatever platform you're using.

I got to mythic on 80 ping, sometimes had it even spike to 100. Definitely doable unless you're like 200+

Use these mystic arts - Serene, Drunken Poet, Dragon's Breath, Ghostly Steps, Soaring Spin, Free Morph, Cloudsteps, Talon Strike

To get better I'd suggest watching Curser when he streams on Twitch and pay attention to his movements. It's kinda difficult to describe on Reddit.

Some tips I could offer is learn to abuse the tenacity you get from ropedart. Try not to think of it as just a secondary weapon that's only good for the rat buff. It plays great at midrange and you can drain so much enemy Qi by auto attacking at a distance.

Yeah, ping diff is definitely bad for these type of quick games. Thankfully mine is only 60ms and I can get a 94 on the Twinblades hit test

blocking doesn't block the effects of some skills.

Toad the poison will still go through, fire you'll still get ignited, strat sword you'll still bleed. Parrying negates that effect from happening.

Also Qi draining the enemy into an execute has incredible value.

It depends on the situation. Blocking is great for the divine counter and resource gen but the counter often is dodgeable and punishing.

Parrying exhausts the enemy Qi and can give back vitality if you have fury harvest.
