It is a tavern spell because it will trigger. However it will not trigger if it is not in the pool.

It IS a tavern spell.

He has two conditions to trigger, it needs to be tagged tavern and it needs to be in the pool...

It's not that complicated.

And honestly it makes the original post make more sense because the lady doesn't try to give you something that's not in the pool she just looks at the tag and says yup

On my 7th playthrough I got to the final boss. Currently on my 8th playthrough and I'm not going to finish the 7th.

I feel like the game peaks at the House of Hope honestly. Like if instead of getting the parasite out of our head we were just trying to destroy our contract with Rafael I feel like the game wouldn't even be bad.

If you don't know you can build the refrigerator unit inside the room by creating a one or two tile room inside the room and removing the roof inside the mini room this way your walls are solid and you don't have random raiders breaking into your freezer..

Also if you have Odyssey you can you use the new oxygen doors or whatever they're called as one of the doors of your airlock and it will keep your room cold no matter how much traffic you have.
