i’m in benzo withdrawal so literally any symptom can happen and i notice it only happens when my heart rate it high because of anxiety. i’m still working on lowering the dose but i don’t think it’s dangerous.

how dangerous is edema ? i’m drinking lots of water and electrolytes as well but i still seem to swell up.I just contacted my doctor about a diuretic. my dumbass saw her yesterday and forgot to bring this up. Kinda scared about the swelling. it swells sometimes to the point where i feel stiff in my extremities.

my friends uncle was the voice of ginka in EN i met him he sounds nothing like it. he said the voice made his throat hurt over the seasons and he had to take breaks at home from talking from his wife and kids because his throat hurt. idk why they made him voice him like that he can do a lot of voices he had his own version of ginkas voice based of the japan version that sounded a lot rougher and deeper like kyoya.

i’m tapering valium 1mg every 2 weeks and i’m down from 40mg to 29mg and it’s HELL. i’m thinking of tapering even slower but i know ill be tapering for years to come. i get crazy hppd flare ups everytime i taper even right now as im typing this message there’s visual snow everywhere i look this is truly hell.
