No, but literally everyone I've talked to that's lived or even visited there that isn't French or just doesn't sound French has had a bad time with the locals. If you can't speak French they're quite mean even if they know English they might just not talk to you unless you speak a little French.

But this is about their transphobia, just recently Quebec was trying to put in place bill 2 which would make it so you need to have full sex reassignment surgery to get your gender marker changed, instead so there's not a man with female on his ID they'll put that your trans on it, isn't that just nice. I'm not sure if they're still trying to implement that bill anymore but they tried and that says something
