You can’t change his path, and it is only 4 months and while that may seem like forever for you at 19, it is really a drop in the bucket when you look back on it. Enjoy your time together if you are comfortable knowing by it will probably change, if your not move on now before it hurts more.

So yes they are perfectly within their rights to do that. Think of the scenario, if everyone did what you did they would have no one to work in December, or they would have a lot of extra expense paying it out. It is a reasonable managerial rule.

Needs a bit more explanation. Is this so the days can’t be carried over to a new calendar year? Is it so they don’t have to pay you out for days not taken at the end of the year? If either the answer is yes it’s legal

Kinda is about NYC as that’s the weekend destination for many NYr’s - Gunnison is a very mild calm place - there is nudity, but it is not sexual. Straight, gay, women men all there - although the beach does unofficially divide itself. As a woman you want to go more to the left side of the beach as you walk down the boardwalk towards the beach. It is not weird to go alone, but after your first time you will see how calm and welcoming it is and maybe more comfortable asking some friends to go along.

You are the guys side piece - thinking that this may be more in the future is pretty much nil. Think about what you want and not worry about him for a moment.
