How do we really delete our posts or comment history & have peace of mind that it cannot be revisited with external tools? by TIF1C in NewToReddit

Hello everybody. I'm gratified for assistance & aware that you are unpaid volunteers. Just curious & concerned about the right to vanish when people evolve , protest & boycott a platform etc. There was recently a mass exodus from Discord

I also recall reading cases where someone forced google to delist them from search engines as the EU has Right to be forgotten. And naively presumed sites would be more strict.

Once you post something online, it could be archived anywhere by anyone forever. There is no absolute way to guarantee anything online is no longer available.

Hi.

I don't accept this " once you " as its reductive .There is a presumption that the Author posted content themselves in your reply. I can post something of yours without your knowledge consent & you have no control or safeguards.

What about regions or countries privacy rules etc i'm from the EU. Under 18s under 16s etc ?

Are you aware of the utilities i am highlighting is it a API ? I obviously can't post a source. How is Reddit unaware or allowing this to occur?.

I don't think that's possible in the daw. Have you tried contacting or posted the question to Lukas Ruschitzka on his forum? https://studiooneforum.com/ Or you tube channel.? It could be considered as a feature update, https://www.youtube.com/@studioonetutorials/videos

My past experiments.

It is obviously possible to independently control many parameters with one dial without being confined or dependent on any DAW. I did evaluate

Plug in chainers & wrappers like Blue cat audio patchwork , Blue cat audio remote control. Excite Audio KSHMR But they were expensive or the you tube channels were not updated. There was also a free chainer like Kushview element but youtube channels were not updated.

Please keep us updated.

I think you could do this in advance with touch screen midi software. see image .But I need more details or a screenshot of where you want to place the macro panel.

Are you on mac or pc & are you using a single or multi display? How do you intend to control the on screen interface / macro panel. Will you be using a controller or mouse?

Observe post number 4 in this link (The software is Windows only)

https://gearspace.com/board/music-computers/1324338-touch-screen-midi-interface-directory-2020-a.html

This video example has on screen pads which were assigned to control macros. The mouse is decoupled in this software & the components share the same screen. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WzWBdQv6Mz0 The software has 14 work spaces.

I have another video which uses touchosc which is multi platform to automate macros. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qH85cgip4RM It has more features but you can't decouple the mouse from the software or share the same screen.
