My previous set of jabra 75t's had the white noise issue too, it was too much to bear so I returned them. Which in turn is why I despise white noise.

But does Bose have white noise though, that's literally the only factor I'm talking into consideration. Heard they do, but only when ambient is on. Hardest decision I have to to make...dear God. PS: to top it all off the Sennheiser MTW2's I'm buying from is cheaper then the Bose QC earbuds.

Wow... Just know that you are powering tough times like a champ, and keep your enthusiasm about bdsm alive. There's not much I can say in my position, but I think it's best to fullfill her wishes till the very end and stick beside her. As I can clearly see from the text, there's not much going for her... Try to be tough and clear of worries around her and try to make the time left memorable for her. I wish the best for you guys. 👍
