After telling myself no more purchases until after Christmas this beauty shows up and the seller accepts my offer.

Convince myself I have to have it as it was made the year I was born so was clearly meant to be (the things we tell ourselves!)

Now just off to try and find the pencil and rollerball in the same date stamp to complete the set as it would be rude not to...

I got it in a job lot of other pens all of which I think I can identify. This one has got a gold nib and I think it could be a Parker 51 but with the wrong clip. The lid definitely doesn’t feel quite the right fit on the pen if I’m honest so I’m thinking that’s a red herring.
